Workshop

VICTOR'S GAME

October 2, 2026
Hotel Bergs, Elizabetes Street 83/85, Riga, LATVIA

Workshop language: English
A PRACTICAL WORKSHOP
ON INNER STRATEGY, CONSCIOUS CHOICES,
AND WINNING IN LIFE'S CHALLENGES
Sometimes we do everything "right." We work hard, pursue our goals, and make responsible decisions—yet we still find ourselves facing the same obstacles. The results don't come as easily as we expected. Similar patterns keep repeating. Fear, self-doubt, disappointment, or the feeling that life is somehow working against us begin to take over.

Victor's Game is a practical one-day workshop that helps you recognize your inner game strategy—the unconscious patterns that shape how you respond to challenges, relationships, success, failure, and change.

This is not another motivational seminar. It is a guided self-discovery experience filled with practical exercises that help you understand what within you determines whether you can face life's situations with clarity, courage, and the mindset of a winner.

Through this workshop, you will gain practical insights that you can immediately apply in your personal life, relationships, and professional decisions, enabling you to approach challenges with greater awareness, confidence, and inner freedom.

FROM AMBITION TO VICTORY

We all want our efforts to succeed, our dreams to come true, and to live with the feeling: "I can do this." Yet in reality, we often encounter moments when our plans stall, relationships become challenging, our courage fades, or it seems that circumstances are stronger than we are.

Victor's Game invites you to look at these experiences from a different perspective.
Instead of asking, "Why is this happening to me?" you begin to recognize the inner strategy that creates or sustains these situations.

Throughout the workshop, we will explore how ambition, fear, choice, and self-trust influence our ability to make decisions, take meaningful action, and experience victory—not merely as an external achievement, but as an inner state of being.

WINNING

THE GAME

AMBITION / FEAR

WHAT WILL YOU EXPLORE DURING THIS WORKSHOP?

WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?

Throughout the day, you will gradually explore

questions such as:

  • What hidden strategy is guiding my life?

  • What is truly holding me back when I want to move forward?

  • What do victory and defeat really mean in my own experience?

  • How do I create situations in which I feel powerless?

  • How can I change my inner strategy?

  • How can I develop a strategy for success that is truly my own?

  • How can I build greater trust in myself, in life, and in the world?

  • What does the "game of life" really mean—and how can I play it more consciously?

This workshop is for you if you:

  • are currently facing an important change or decision in your life;

  • want to better understand your recurring patterns and reactions;

  • feel that you have more potential than you are currently expressing;

  • are looking for practical tools, not just inspiring ideas;

  • are willing to take an honest look at yourself;

  • want to act from clarity and inner strength rather than from fear or a sense of being a victim.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Victor's Game is a practical, guided one-day workshop held in a small group setting.

During the workshop, you can expect:

  • concise introductions to key concepts;

  • individual self-reflection exercises;

  • step-by-step guided processes;

  • opportunities to uncover your own inner strategies;

  • space for questions, reflection, and personal insights.

There is no preparation required. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to be honest with yourself.

I have spent years learning the Toltec tradition in different formats— masterclasses and beyond. I know what this work can reveal about how we react to challenges, success, and failure. That’s why I want to bring this special experience to Riga.

Kristiina Lehtmets

I left the workshop with an inner peace I had dreamed of for who knows how many years. It felt like something finally clicked into place. I decided that from now on, I will drop my full stops. I choose myself and begin with me.

If you're not the type to give up easily and still have a bit of curiosity for adventure, then the workshop Victor's Game is meant for you. Sometimes, you just know you need to move in a certain direction—even without knowing what lies ahead. It's only once you arrive that you realize what you truly needed. Along this small adventure, you'll discover many useful tools—some of which you might have overlooked before, even as someone more 'experienced.' In the end, you'll find answers to the question of why you were meant to come here.

I am completely captivated by the personalization and at the same time the universality of this workshop. Rein and Anu were like yin and yang, skillfully creating space for each other during the workshop, which also allowed each participant to process the information at their own pace and let the new flood of knowledge settle and take root

I really enjoyed the workshop! It’s such a big topic – how we make ourselves into victims and at the same time expect Life (or our companions) to care for us or reward us, without realizing that we are running on dysfunctional autopilot. Despite the depth and size of the topic, Rein and Anu are able to present it clearly, simply, and playfully, one bite at a time. Already that same evening after the workshop, I felt a great sense of lightness within me, because I received a warm and powerful reminder — and a good kind of wake-up call — that I am the one making the choices in my Life. Victory is my feeling, my decision, and my response. I’m very grateful!
